The role of the Executive Committee is to govern the association by ensuring its objectives are achieved, the operations comply with all state regulatory and other administrative procedures, and that member's interests are well represented.

Nominations to the Executive Committee are called from and representative of all member and sector categories.

Front line managers and other key member company personnel form the basis of special interest working groups, and other core speciality groups that deliver the association's objectives.
